I'm a Medical Scribe and a health researcher and coach currently pursuing my Masters in Herbal Therapy and certification in mind-body coaching.
I first got interested in health and nutrition upon meeting a breathing coach who was on several different medications and had all sorts of health problems that doctors couldn't fix. So I learned from him his breathing hack, along with a few other insightful things, and that lead me to do my own research, apply it to myself and get great results.
I now make a living helping others do the impossible and get rid of their chronic illnesses through a combination of easy-to-follow dietary and lifestyle changes. My mission is to make healthy living fun, flexible, and easy for all, and to give everyone a real support system with like-minded people on this journey so that we can all help out one another.
